Legacy Midtown Park Healthcare Facility

RSM Design developed the signage program for a state-of-the-art healthcare campus in Dallas, spanning three independent care units within an assisted living facility. The system was designed to blur the line between healthcare signage and hospitality signage, giving each building clarity without the clinical feel typical of the sector. RSM Design considered both message and material for every sign, developing a vocabulary of textures that integrated with the interior design throughout the campus. The result is wayfinding that feels less like navigation and more like an extension of the space itself.
A comprehensive donor recognition program was woven into the signage system, developed with the same sensitivity given to wayfinding and identification. RSM Design designed the program to honor generosity without disrupting the campus's hospitality-driven design language. Each element was considered as part of the whole, unifying three distinct care units under one integrated system. The campus stands as an example of healthcare design elevated by careful, deliberate craft.
