The Episcopal School of Dallas has come a long way since its humble beginnings in the 1970s, when it first opened its doors to just eight students. Today, the school spans a 39-acre campus and serves more than 1,100 students from preschool through 12th grade. As the campus continues to evolve, including the addition of a brand-new Lower School, there’s a renewed focus on creating a cohesive and welcoming environment for students, families, and visitors alike.
To support this vision, RSM Design was brought on to craft a comprehensive signage and wayfinding system that reflects the school’s identity and growth. The design team is developing both interior and exterior signage for the new building, as well as site-wide exterior wayfinding. Drawing inspiration from the school’s colors—blue and white—paired with accents of gold and natural light wood, the signage system is designed to feel both sophisticated and timeless, blending seamlessly with the school’s expanding architectural landscape.
Color and wood grain combine to create a space that feels warm yet mondern.
